The biggest hauynite roughstone in the world. The gem is from Mendig in Rhine-Land Pfalz. The weight is 37 kg !, appr. 80 pounds. This rock is covered with numerous crystals of hauynite of small and medium sizes. See photos. The big question is: is the 5-carat gem inside which the whole world is looking for ?
